SeaFire Assurance is our exclusive dock and seawall maintenance membership program designed for Tampa Bay property owners who want the peace of mind that comes with knowing their waterfront investment is always protected and professionally maintained.
When you join SeaFire Assurance, we start with a comprehensive initial cleaning of your dock and seawall. From that point forward, we guarantee our work for 6 months — and every 6 months, we return to perform a full maintenance cleaning, keeping your dock in the same pristine condition we left it in.
The Process
How It Works
Initial Deep Clean
We start with a comprehensive first-time cleaning of your entire dock and seawall — removing all barnacles, oysters, algae, and marine growth. This establishes the baseline for your Assurance membership.
Quality Inspection & Report
After the initial clean, we conduct a thorough inspection of your dock's structural condition and provide you with a written report documenting the work completed and any areas of concern.
6-Month Guarantee Begins
Your SeaFire Assurance guarantee activates immediately. For the next 6 months, your dock and seawall are covered. If significant regrowth occurs before your scheduled visit, we'll return at no extra charge.
Bi-Annual Maintenance Visit
Every 6 months, our team returns to perform a full maintenance cleaning — keeping your dock in pristine condition year-round. You'll receive advance scheduling notifications so you're always prepared.
